This is the firmware update utility for Sanca c140 (c100 series) devices.

There is a howto.txt file included, follow the instructions.I am posting the instructions here for convenience.

1. Download the attached file and save it on the desktop.
(the player should not be attached to the computer at this point)
2. Double click the file to run it.
3. Accept the license agreement.
4. Remove the battery from the mp3 player.
5. Press and hold the center (select) button and connect it to the computer (keep holding the button, this is the firmware update mode).
6. If the New Hardware Wizard appears (now you can let go of the select button), do the following: (if asked, choose not to connect to the internet for updates), then choose to install the device automatically, then follow the prompts to finish the installation.
7. When the wizard comes up, or when the Update button becomes active (whichever happens first), you may release the select button.
8. Click the Update button, and then click OK to the message that comes up.
9. Wait until the upgrade finishes, then unplug the device.
10. Put the battery back in, and turn on the player.
11. Hopefully the update will be performed, then choose English for the language when prompted.
12. Check if the issue is resolved.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Whenever the player is tried to open, automatically it gets switched off and I am not able to operate the same and hear songs

I think you might have formatted the Mp3 player using wrong format...
connect the player to the computer using an usb cable. It will open as a removable disk. Just make a right click on the removable disk and select "FORMAT"
Select the file system as FAT32 and format it using the default allocation size... Now load songs to your player, it should work....

Whenever i open my 'a5145 mp3 player' something always comes up saying "Warning File Format Error!". What can i do to make it work again and to stop that from coming up whenever i open it?

you could try looking at the drive in safe mode ( press F8 during boot) and see if the same thing occurs, or if you have nothing on the drive that you really need to keep, then formatting the drive ( right-click the player in My Computer>Format), and see if that makes it go away. I'm guessing that there was some kind of file transfer interruption that led to a corrupted file.
I myself have 2 of these mp3 players, and BOTH of them have developed faulty radios, as in, radio not being picked up at all, so all I use them for is transfer and music.
Anyway, hope that helps.
Cheers

Whenever i try to download music onto my emerson MP3 player, the screen reads file sy s err

need to reformat your music files to the proper format you need, emersons are very picky, they only take a few formats, i believe avi is one of them, the software disk your emerson came with reformats your music and video files to the proper format... read your instruction booklet before using the product...

Pendrive has virus

Only low-level formatting could do the trick to get rid of that pesky virus that infected your drive. You can Google search for a third party software for low-level formatting, after doing this try to format it the normal way by right-clicking it on "My Computer" and format it. Try to back-up your files on your pendrive first before you do this.
