Lost CD for installing scanner

Give me the make and model of the scanner and I will try to find it for you. I will also need to know the O.S. that you are using.

Look on the Company site under drivers and downloads. You will have to put in your model first and then the serial number sometimes. After you find your product you will find the drivers and more programs if they have any.
After you download the driver you might have to put it in a folder for it to be stored in. After you put it in a folder, unzip it in that folder and it should have an .exe file. Click on this and it should do the install. If it does not do your install you can go to the Device manager and click on the device and tell it to install or upgrade the driver. Then you will need to direct it to the folder where you have the unzipped file. This should correct your problem.

If you print out these directions you should never have any problem with a driver again.
