Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I've moved from the UK to Singapore and now can't get the 337 cartridge that the printer is insisting on!
I've bought cartridge no 98 which is the same but the printer won't accept it. Absolutely no luck with HP customer service, who can't seem to understand the problem.
Please, please, can you help?
you you have to call hp support coz they ll make the printer to print a special report and then they ll take some codes from that page which ll help them to generate a new firmware no and they ll change the zone on it...
