Hi ashrufuddin,

Sony has not released the Windows XP Drivers for your Computer model. As the base of the Operating Systems are same, you can try installing the Windows 7 Drivers.

You can download all the Windows 7 Driver for the Computer from the below link.

Please restart the Computer after each installation for the settings to take the effect.

Hi i think there is a video driver problem and reinstalling the graphic card driver may resolve this problem, while you are at it you may also remove the memory cards, dust them and place them back.

I would download a new driver first and then check if it works.
Drivers must be obtained from Sony.com to guarantee they are the correct ones.

If there is a bluetooth option for your laptop then you could click on this link which will take you to the website where you could download a driver for it

www.sony.com go to support/downloads and search for the bluetooth driver then download it making sure that you get the correct one for the operating system that you are running eg:-

is it xp or vista or windows 7

You will have a tough time, but there is a Sony XP utility driver out there that will take care of your problem. I do not have it, but know it is available. Here are some that I have found for you.
