Question about Cell Phones
It it is a used phone it should have been unlock by the old company that the person had service with.
You might can try to take it back to singular and see if they will unlock it, but you may have to have proof that it is your phone.
You have to be careful when buying on the Internet when it comes to cell phones.
They have to be unlock and capable to use the carrier you want to use, or basically they are no good to you.
Hope this helps
