I'VE NEVER HEARD A PHONE THAT HAD THIS POOR QUALITY BEFORE. IS THERE A SETTING THAT I DON'T KNOW ABOUT? I LOOK AT THE MANUAL AND COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING CONCERNING THIS PROBLEM. THE MANUAL DID NOT EVEN HAVE A TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION.
These phones were made to be durable and withstand almost anything( besides floating in a lake) therefor they lack the ammenities that the other phones have such as, much slower processor, slower internet, poorer picture quality, earpiece and speaker quality is non existent, and i seem to lose service often for 3 seconds at a time at my house which has a tower next to it. weird.

Operation failed" is an error message that
occurs when the phone has got a problem with it's GDFS. Your phone
sounds like it's very poorly. You say you've tried a master reset? Can
you tell me if that was reset settings or reset all? I had the same
error message on my k850i when trying to get into my SMS inbox. A full
master reset resolved it.Can I also
ask that you remove the memory stick when you try a full reset and don't
put it back in until you've tried the phone again? You cannot get viruses on these phones, so we can safely rule that out.
From experience, bluetooth wireless headset is the best. However it may not be handy in listening to the radio. You can try to swap them with others of the same type but be aware of fakes. Fake ones will not pick radio signals.
Use a handsfree to confirm once again that the EARPIECE is faulty. If you are able to open and check the earpiece then remove and check the sensitivity using a AA 1.5 Volt cell. If the noise is not heard well then the earpiece must be replaced. Also check for blocked ports of the earpiece panel /dust filter which can reduce the sound.
Hi here are some solutions hope it can be helpful..Go to the setting on the menu.make sure that what profile setting specifically the volume the ringtone either text or call that was personalized was the one that was activated..
Possible that the earpiece is defective and needs a change, you can plug in an external headphone to confirm. if the sound is clear then your earpiece needs to be changed.
Open remove and replace with the same type.
my dear, this could be as a result of network problem, or the earpiece problem, or maybe the volume settings have been tampered with to detect the real problem, just dial a call to another network, and listen carefully, if it doesn't sound at all, try increasing the volume by pressing the up button, or even try switching to loud speaker, if no sound still comes up, then you will know that the earpiece is faulty. visit the show room or a specialist nearby to purchase a new part (earpiece) and it will be replaced by the specialist
HI, when a cell phone has Low sound for top loud speaker and earpiece when calling , it is when the loud speaker and the earpiece are weak to perform accurately and will need to be replace for better sound quality for your cell phone.
When a phone drops on the flow or water gets into it,might cause the hearing of the lod speaker sound to go weaker and weaker every time.
When you replace the ear piece and the speaker, you phone will work perfectly again.
If when you replace the speaker and soundisstillthe same , that means it's an IC chip problem inside the cell phone . An expert will help you on that.
two possible causes. either your earpiece is faulty or the flex cable is faulty. because the earpiece is on the upper side, it is linked through the flex cable and if there is a cut on the flex cable, then that may affect the earpiece lines. also, poor contact of the earpiece may cause that. open unit, ensure the earpiece has contact, check the earpiece itself and finally the flex cable.
you need to change the flat cable the one that goes to the screen because its the one that supplys voltage to the Earpiece .
Because of the sliding everytime it gets damaged or dropping down also does damage it
