Question about Computers & Internet
Dear Helpers hopefully,
I am the first to admit being very much a novice when It comes to using computer programmes preferring to have every thing set up for me as the user.
My previous setup was Nero 7 and DVD Decryptor to save the DVD to the hard drive and using DVD Shrink prior to burning commencing after. This was nice and simple no complications. However it wont work like that anymore.
I have spent 2.5 days trying to burn files on the hard drive without success, I told you I am dumb. The closest I can get is messages saying put CD-RW disk in hard drive which i promptly spits out and says its the wrong type of disk. Even the last message on DVD Shrink gives out some strange messages either "Your files are now ready for burning by suitable software" or "please install Nero software" when its already installed. I dont know what I am doing that I shouldnt or not doing what I should. I sure hope you can help me with my frustration
Try going for a system restore which will restore your system to 3,4 or 5 days back whenever the system was working fine.Click on start, all programs, accessories, system tools & then system restore.Click on next on the 1st screen.then the date on the calendar on the left side & then on next again & then finish. The system will reboot.Hope it works. All the best
