RB4 problem

I just bought a 2005 ram srt10 with an RB4 Navigation system. A msg comes up on the screen that "Battery too low" "System will shut down in 3 mins". I took the car to autozone who tested the battery and electrical system and say everything is ok. Any ideas? Any way to reset this deck??

ApprenticeYou have a problem on the NAV PCB.
Here at Hunt Automotive Electronics we are the only authorized repair center for the Harman RB4 chry Nav radio.I have run across many RB$ units with this problem.
