Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

1 Answer

Cannot delete one album

I can not delete an unplayable album. Whenever I go to it, the SansaClip 2.0 GB reboots without going to the album, so I cannot access "DELETE." All other albums play and delete fine as desired. Any help out there? Thanks.

You could format the player and start over from scratch. You can look at my "Tips and Tricks" section under Mp3 players on how to format a player.

Deleteing songs

You can delete them thru My Computer. Double click on the Sansa (m200), inside you will see a Music Folder. Inside is your individual tracks, separated by album names. You can add or delete all music from here. Best of Luck.
