I just put in a brand new 4gb MicroSDHC card into my Sansa SanDisk Plus & plugged it into my computer. Now its stuck on "Refreshing your media" & I can't even shut it off. Help?

Remove the microSDHC card. Disconnect the Sansa from the computer. Press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds to reset the Sansa.

Be aware that the e200 series of Sansa media players do not work with microSDHC cards, only with microSD cards.

My sansa 4gb fuze wont turn on and when it turned on the screen waz white and stopped working pleaze help

It sound like something happened to the screen. It could also be something with the motherboard inside your SanDisk Sansa. If it's still under warranty I would see if you could have it replaced.

Sansa Disk Clip MP3 (4gb) is stuck on refresh screen. Won't turn on or off. Computer/Rhapsody won't recognize it. Can't open to "reboot" the battery. All stuck! Thanks

Sansas usually have a tiny reset button you can push with a needle or a paperclip if you can find that, it may however be beneath the battery cover, but you should be able to remove this with a small screwdriver

Micro sd probelem

Well, the most memory from a micro sd card the Sansa mp3 player can take is 2gb, because anything more will freeze up the player because it was not designed to read that much memory. So if you have a 1gb or a 2gb memory card, then you can use them.

The songs are in the wrong format. this player will not play iTunes, for instance.
