Here is what probably is your problem.... The input sensor number 1 is bad.... It's the sensor directly under the toner and photo conductor.... replace this sensor. [email protected]

If you are getting 201 error code, it means a paper jam has occurred. To fix this problem please Open the front door. Remove the toner cartridge and remove the jammed print media.

Click on the link http://bit.ly/p1jJcd to see instructions on how to go about the procedure.

The printer message is 202 paper jam open rear door. There is not a paper jam in the printer.

Hi,
These are the messages got stuck in print queue, you have to release the print queue, First got to Printer and Faxes, there would be your printer icon (Lexmark E342n) Laser printer icon, double click on that, you would see all the messages stuck in queue, release or delete from there. that has to work, please let me know if it works or not

Thanks in advance. Our E342n Lexmark printer stops printint 3/4 of a page from the end consistantly since I removed a paper jam. I accessed the back panel as directed and removed the jammed paper and since...

It's a possible worn out pick tires, bad pick arm or fuser issue. For the pick tires, you can use the other side of the tires by removing it flipping it. To remove the pick tires, refer to the guide below: 0c29f53.jpg If it's the pick arm or the fuser, it calls for a replacement. But I hope that the pick tires would resolve the problem. If you need more assistance, just leave a comment so I can get back to it.

Where is the paper jam when the panel of our Lexmark C750 says "200 paper jam"

Primary: Paper is jammed at the printer input sensor. Open the printer left door to access the paper jam. If sheets have been accumulated to be stapled or offset when the jam occurred, the printer alternately flashes the primary and secondary messages to indicate that all accumulated sheets not be removed during the jam clearing procedure.
Secondary: When this message is displayed, do not remove accumulated sheets during the jam clearing procedure as the printer will not reprint the removed sheets. Also, if the accumulated sheets are removed, the portion of the job printed after the jam will not be stapled.

Lexmark E 342 n paper jam with error code 201

According to the LexMark support page, this is most often related to not getting the print cartridge assembly properly positioned. (Left and right sides not fully in place). Another possible source is paper in the output tray when using the double sided printing feature. (This leads to grabbing an extra sheet when it tries to retrieve the paper to print the second side. Paper stock thickness will change the number of pages printed before this happens.).

I hope this helps.

I have a lexmark 5470 there is paper jammed and I cannot get to the jam It is a all in one printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Remove any paper trays. Inspect them for wrinkled or damaged paper.
  3. Also open the back cover of the printer if this model has one.
  4. Open any other doors that give access to the printer's paper path and to the toner or ink cartridge.
  5. If necessary, remove the toner or ink cartridge. Place it away from light/ sun light to avoid damaging it.
  6. If you find a piece of jammed paper, remove it by holding it with both hands and pulling firmly. The goal is to keep the paper from tearing. If several pieces are jammed together, try pulling out the middle piece first to loosen the jam.
  7. If the paper does tear, try rotating the roller gears manually to free the paper. Don't force anything, though. Do this step especially if the jam message comes up repeatedly without any obvious paper jam, there may be a small tear of paper inside.
  8. Ones the printer is free of paper Replace the toner or ink cartridge and paper trays, close any doors you opened and turn the printer back on.
  9. If the printer paper jam message still appears, then there is still some paper in the printer. Reinspect the paper path.
  10. see alternative if the problem is still not solved.

alternative :
Load a piece of thick paper, for example photo paper and press the resume button (may be diffrent button on diffrent models) a few times to the printer picks up the paper and puts it through the machine.

202 pam jam

usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.

but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.

Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence
