Sharp AL1631? If your drum light is on you can reset this drum light easily from the control panel. Just search for my tip on the issue by searching for Sharp AL series drum reset.

check for empty toner... and if the laser lamp is dim or out... the laser lamp is the lamp that comes on when you copy from the glass table or through the document feeder
H3 is a heater/fuser problem. Try to reset it by SIM 14. Press Clear , auto exposure, Clear and auto exposure and press copy key. check if H3 has been reset and LED is back to "00".
