There is any solution for error F2-02 without changing any Toner Cartridge

A

Anonymous

Make sure you have removed all the packing seals from the cartridge, the blue plastic tape needs to come off, also make sure you have the correct toner for your machine (ar455nt) and not for a ARM-450. They look the same and it will fit but it will show up this code.
Hope this helps...

F2-02 error code on Sharp AR-M350/450 and 355/455 Copiers

The F2-02 code will often be the result of a defective or after market toner cartridge. Try replacing the cartridge and power cycling the copier before placing an expensive service call.

Sharp MX-181OU-Call for Service. Code: F2-40 How do i fix?

SOURCE:

Seems to be a black toner supply issue. Try a different black toner cartridge. Also, make sure the sealing tape has been removed, and give the cartridge a good shake before inserting. Also could be waste toner cartridge, or even the developer, but we always hope for the least expensive option first!

Error code 14 "no tuner cart"

14 NO EP CART Message
The printer detects the presence of the Toner Cartridge and the
level of toner present in the cartridge through the condition of the
ANTIN signal. The ANTIN signal becomes part of the serial data
stream used to communicate with the DC Controller (see Figure
7-5 for cartridge components). Troubleshoot the 14 NO EP CART
(or INSTALL TONER CARTRIDGE) message as follows:
1 reseat the Toner Cartridge. Try a new or known good Toner
Cartridge.
2 Check the High Voltage Contacts for damage. If the contacts
are dirty or damaged, clean the contacts after the repair.
3 Replace the High Voltage Power Supply.
4 Check and reseat the HVPS cable.
5 Replace the DC Controller

Noises when printing copies

Take the new cart. out and reinstall the old cart. Does the noise disappear? I would tap and shake the toner cart. BUT BE CAREFULL, the cart is ready to spill toner. On the box and in the instructions it tells you, or should, that you must shake and tap the outside of the cart. This is due to settling and the toner maybe packed. By tapping and shaking it will feel the toner. If the toner is packed it will put undue pressure on the augers inside the toner cart. and cause a grinding noise. If after tapping and shaking, reinstall the new cart. and check. If everything is ok -- great. If the noise remains contact the company your purchased the cart. from and ask for a replacement. These cart. are mass produced and mostly reused ( refurbed). Parts wear now and they do not replace the inside parts, they just repack with toner and seal.

U 2 error on my Sharp AR M160 copier

U2 is normally a user error (hence U) check that all the doors are closed fully and just recheck the toner installation. If this is all correct it might be a slight possibility that the toner cart is faulty.

Thanks J
