Question about Nintendo Wii Console
I just noticed that my wii is starting to make a grinding sound when playing a game. I hate this because I just had my xbox blow up and had to go thru all the hassel to get it fixed and now my wii sounds like it is the next thing to go. Also, has anyone had any problems with a xbox wireless headset. Mine just died and I have no idea why and of course xbox customer care was no help at all. All they told me was that it has a 90 day warranty. I guess I am just out 50 bucks. Thanks for the help.
Thanks for the tips guys! I've actually had this problem fixed already by asking one of my friends.
To EarlsOK: I do keep my gamedisks scratch and fingerprint free almost... and your words are true. I've actually had this problem fixed already by asking one of my friends

Darrin, Too funny - I had the load noice with my drive in my XBox 360 and then with my Wii. I sent both my XBox and Wii for repair to www.videogame911.com and they fixed them both.

Dear Darrin9873 and Bugbite250, I'm sorry to hear about your game system problems. But I hope this little advice helps. Do you keep your game disk finger print and scratch free. Do you use a lens cleaner for your game systems ? Always have an external fan blowing on your game systems while they running, heat kills electronics fast !
Now for the bad news ! Almost all electronics are made cheaply nowadays, in other words they use cheap parts that wont last very long, so the more you use it, the faster it will wear out or burn out ! They build things so that it will hopefully last a little longer then the warranty, and then break down so that we will have to pay them money to repair it or replace it ! That is the truth and this is a fact !!! One thing we can do is buy an extended warranty when one is available.
If we know were going to be using a product alot, and we don't want to be spending money any time soon on repairs or replacement, it's only wise to get a "good" extended warranty !
God bless you and I hope this advice helps some !
