START MENU AND KEYBOARD PROBLEMS ACER 5610z

HI, i have a Laptop acer aspire 5610z... Ive got it for almost a year. About a month ago i started having some problems with the computer, the start menu starts opening by itself constantly and the keyboard stops working properly, it starts opening other windows when i press the keys... But ionly start having this problem after 2 or 3 hours, befoere that it works properly... The BIOS is upgraded, but still the problem persists. I reaaly needed some help.... ;)
