I disconnected the battery and i dont know how to put the code back in

What kind of car is it? You most likely have to take it to the dealer and they will enter the "code." This happened to a friend when he unplugged his car battery but his stereo stopped working. It was some "anti-theft" technology. He drives a 1992 Jetta. Hope you get it sorted out!

My fiat radio has started asking for a code when i put it on. i don't know why this is...i dont have a code for it. it doesnt work

Did you disconnect the battery by chance? It's most likely an anti-theft device that prevents someone from taking your radio and putting it in there vehicle. Call your local Fiat dealer and they'll instruct you on what to do.

My Honda Accord has a code for the stereo and i dont know it. It did not come with a manual or anything that can help me with fixing this problem. It all happened with me buying my car a new battery nd...

Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti theft code. You can get it by providing your VIN# and registration details in authorized dealership. Nobody else can provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning of security for your car.

Need anti theft code for 2000 honda odessey stereo model# 39100-sox-a001, vin# 2hkrl1862yh608307

Call honda and they will give it to you as soon as you satisfy them that you are the rightful owner of the vehicle. Had to do that with our '04 accord (bought used) when I replaced the battery.

Took the battery off to replace a headlight and the radio is asking for a code on a honda accord 2004

the code is the anti theft code. did you get the car new? If so the code will be somehwere in the original documentation that came with the car. The other option is to go to a Honda dealer who should be able to recover the code from their computer records using the car chassis number and/or the radio serial number HIH
