Question about Rio Forge Sport Digital Media Player
I have attempted to transfer content to player. when i click on forge in manager
it says the content has transferred but the avavilable memory doesnt decrease and the content is not on the player. the player doesnt indicate content is being tranferred during process
Try reloading the firmware. You will lose any songs held on the player. Follow Mantraguy's instructions from Mar 08.
I found the .exe file on http://www.digitalnetworksna.com/support/rio/product.asp?prodID=213 use the 1.33.exe file. There is a .txt file with instructions as well.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
