I have the bizhub C352 - I want to print the utility/counter (meter readings). How do i do that. Previous machines had me go to Utility - admin management - copy track - Copy track data - & hit the start button to print the report

To enter IC check mode on a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro 920, follow these steps:

Turn off the main power switch of the machine.
Hold down the "Utility/Counter" button and turn on the main power switch of the machine.
When the display shows "00.00.00," release the "Utility/Counter" button.
Press the "Utility/Counter" button again within 5 seconds.
Once you are in IC check mode, you can use the following buttons to navigate the menu and perform various diagnostic tests:

"Utility/Counter" button: moves to the next menu
"Stop" button: moves to the previous menu
"Start" button: performs the selected test or function
Keep in mind that IC check mode is intended for use by service technicians and should only be used if you are familiar with the machine's operation and the diagnostic tests that are available. If you are not familiar with IC check mode and the diagnostic tests, it is recommended to seek the assistance of a trained service technician.

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. ENSURE YOU WAIT THE 10 SECONDS

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

Trouble Reset

Turn off the machine, Now press "utility/Counter" Now turn the machine ON.Keep the button pressed. Trouble reset button will appear on screen, press it and restart the machine.

First get into service mode. Utility/Counter then meter count then check details. Then Stop 00 stop 01. Counters. Clear Drum and Developer. Then touch end do not exit all the way out of service mode. Turn off the machine using the main on/off rear of machine left hand side. Then remove the image cart. and replace the drum and developer. then turn machine on reenter service mode. Run F-8 found under Function. Do not print copy or allow fax to print before this is done. Or you will have to replace the developer again. So remove network cable and fax line if machine is as printer and FAX. after powering off

The fiery network info can be found by pressing the small "i" in the bottom corner of your screen and selecting the config option. You can also access fiery settings by pressing "utility/counter" followed by "controller detail".

the Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 is by nature a slow printing machine the standard memory that the machine comes with is only 256mb and it can only be upgraded to 512mb . but there are some things you can do to help speed it up a little.
touch the utility/counter button
touch admin setting on the touchscreen
enter the admin password
touch system setting
touch output setting
touch print/fax output settings
touch print
select between page print and batch print=select page print
exit all the way out of admin mode then reboot the copier
tests have shown that this changed a print job from taking a little over 2 minutes to taking about 9 seconds to start printing keep in mind this is definately not the fastest printing machine on the market hope this helps thanks for using fixya

please give correct info... there is no bizhub c362 there is a c352 but your post is in the c203.... if its a c203 then the tx reports are in the utility/counter then common settings. i can help you more if needed

open and close door, do not turn off, still not?? then (trouble reset) turn off then hold utility counter buton down then turn on. hold for 30-sec or so, when ttrouble reset comes up press then press start then turn off then on your fixed

try with trouble reset
turn off the machine, press and keep pressed utility counter, turn on the machine
on the display you'll see the Trouble reset button on the display, touch it and turn off and on the machine
check if error disappear
