Abit GD8 pro always giving fast system beep..

im using mobo=abit GD8 pro.
Processor=intel pentium dual core 3.0
Ram= Corsair DDr2 256x2
Display Card= Nvidia Gforce GF 6600GT
>each time i shake the cpu a bit....it wont start after that...
just giving a short fast beep..
i trying everything clean the ram/display card...but the result still wont work......
and when that happen..heheheh i just let the cpu rest for 1-2 week...without doing anything...dangggggggggggggg it work!!!!!!!!!!!!.... donno wat actually happen...could it be cause by the sata HDD??
and for ur info this thing happen offen......
