Call your cellphone service provider.

If the Sim card Not support means it may locked to network.You need to unlock it...You can get the network unlock code from the site Onlinegsmunlock.com/samsung/rs7wp8/ for SAMSUNG GSM Network locked Phones and unlock it from Network lock.You need to specify the Model?
ALSO check whether it not support only one Sim card,if that problem means it may CDMA Network,OR may Sim card problem.If it not support other Sim card and support only one Sim means it's Under Network lock,You need to find the network,country it locked now and unlock it using the Unlock code,Only GSM Network lock Phones can be unlocked,CDMA network locked Phones cannot be Unlocked from the Mobile Phone.

What is your Phone Brand and it's Model?
Make sure that your phone has been unlocked....If the Phone Locked means if you insert Other Network Sim card means it says invalid Sim or Sim card error...So find out the Network and country locked now,all network locked Phones cannot be unlocked ,Some Network locked Phones can be Unlocked.It depend on the brand of the Mobile also,you can unlock it using the Unlock code,You can get the Unlock code from the Theunlockarena.com
and Unlock it,after Unlocked the Phone use any GSM Network Sim card,You cannot use the CDMA Network Sim Card in the Unlocked Phone,Only GSM Network locked Phones can be Unlocked...

SOLUTION 1 - Unlock the memory card.

There is a Lock switch on the left side of the SD card. Make sure the Lock switch is slid up (unlock position). You will not be able to modify or delete the contents on the memory card if it is locked.

NOTE: If you are using a microSD/microSDHC card or a miniSD/miniSDHC card, insert the card into the standard SD adapter.


SOLUTION 2 - Toggle the lock switch.

If the lock switch is not on lock:
1. Slide the switch up and down. Repeat this 3 times.
2. Let it stay on the Lock position for 30 seconds.
3. Slide the switch up to unlock the card.
4. Try to transfer files into the device.

I had the same problem - just put the lock button of the card to the lock position and than again to the unlock position
