Hi, my n73 just stopped sending msges. eorror code: general memory full try closing applications and try again. ive turned phone off taken battery and sim out put it back on. checked the sms centre number and correct and stored. closed down all but one application after holding the menu key.. this is the standby application cant get in to it to close it? Ive tested sim card in other phone and ok. Ive checked the reply same centre and is on no. the packet data is on when needed and the gsm is correct. i think ive covered most of the answeres given on this site... but still no luck... please help im lost not being able to send msges!! thanks
Happened to my n73 too. Format the phone to get rid of junk files stuck in the memory as well as viruses.
If you have anything stored on the phone memory that you woudn't want to delete, such as pictures, videos, or whatever, back it up to your memory card or computer. The format process deletes all stored memory on the phone, but not the memory card.
