In your case, it will be best to contact the authorized service center, or any skilled computer technician to resolve this problem.

I think you have installed too many applications/software in your system. In some cases, laptop becoming really hot that cause in slow processing and hanging.

Do you mean slow function ? .a computer hangs when you do not have enough memory (RAM) installed and to many program.

If you have the original recovery disc I recommend a clean install of your operational system.

Mini computers come with 1GB RAM so the system will be slow..
If it freezes very often then try to run a disgnostics on the system.. U can do it by turning on the computer tap F12 - under advanced boot options select diagnostics and run a complete test.. If you get any error codes then contact dell to fix the issue.. If you dont get any error codes then try to clean the computer by doing disk clean up... If it still hangs then do a complete reinstall....
