Hi,

the issue that you have right now might something to do with the paper feeder rollers.. or it might be the printer driver. here are the things that i want you to follow.

TRY TO RESET THE PRODUCT

  1. Without turning the product off, remove the power cord from the back of the product.
  2. Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power cord into the back of the product.
  3. If the product is not already on, use the On button to turn it on.
Note: if still doesnt resolve the issue, go to the other steps.

SOLUTION II: TRY TO CHECK THE PAPER CONDITION.
  1. Replace any paper that is ripped, dusty, curled, wrinkled, or bent.
  2. Make sure that all the paper is the same size and type. Because only one type of paper can be used in the product at a time, paper types should never be mixed.
  3. Tap the stack of paper on a flat surface to align the edges.
  4. Make sure that the stack of paper to be loaded in the product contains no fewer than 10 and no more than 25 sheets of paper. NOTE: Do not load too much paper in the product.
  5. Insert the stack of paper into the product and gently push the paper guides snugly against the paper. Make sure that the paper is completely inserted into the product and can be picked up by the paper rollers.
  6. Try printing again. If the issue is not resolved, try loading different brands of paper and different types of paper, one type at a time, into the product and then try printing again. If the issue persists, continue with the next step.
TRY Cleaning the rollers
  1. Turn off the product and unplug the power cord.
  2. Open the access door to gain access to the rollers. Depending on the model, this is usually the rear access door. See the product user guide for information about locating the rollers.
  3. Clean the rubber rollers with a lint-free cloth, lightly moistened with water. NOTE: Distilled, filtered, or bottled water is recommended for cleaning the rollers. Tap water might contain contaminants that can damage the rollers.
  4. Make sure that any paper rollers that rest on the input tray, which are located behind the back rollers, are cleaned. A clean cotton swab, lightly moistened with water, might be necessary to reach these rollers.
  5. Close the access door and plug in the power cord.
  6. Try printing again.
Note: if the issue still not resolve, please give me a feedback so that i can go ahead and give you another possible solution.

thank you,

best regards
adonscott

Remove the paper tray from the printer and check for any media stuck in the paper path. Once any obstructions have been removed, reinstall the tray.

Printer wont pick up paper even though the paper tray is full

There probably is a small piece of paper stuck in the paper path. Please take the ink/toner out of the machine and check the paper path. Please turn off the machine before doing this.

There is usually a flashing light for the paper tray and while paper is in hit the button and it should feed the paper through to let it know that there is now paper there. First you must make sure that if there is more than one feed-tray that the proper one is selected that you have the paper in.

Printer says out of paper even though tray is full

You probably have a broken paper sensor in the paper tray. Look for a piece of plastic that usually hangs down into the tray. It may be misplaced or broken.

Says add paper to large tray even though it is full

Depending on which large capacity feeder you have.
If you have the one that is on the bottom of the machine, make sure there is a gap between the paper in the front and rear of the paper tray, There is a black plastic guide in the middle of the tray that may be being caught by the paper.
If you have the large capacity feeder on the right side of the machine then most likely the black actuator that tells the machine the tray is full has broken or the sensor is bad,

the problem is with the paper sesor in the paper tray. It must
