It can only display files below a certain size limit and sometimes pictures taken by the phone on the highest resolution and quality setting are above this. This same issue occurs with videos and music.

C903 become an USB memory stick when you switch off the phone and after that you connect the phone to the PC. It takes a minute while the phone configures itself to "USB external storage" mode but after that the Windows recognizes it as an external drive. If you have memory card in the phone you will have two external drives. There are separate folders in these virtual memory sticks for the photos taken (one in the internal memory and another one in the SD card), named "Camera album" and then "DCIM"
this problem & restart problem is very common for 3110c,temperorily it can be fixed by changing the memory in use ,but for permanent fixing format the memory card ,if continuous with ame format the cell, hopefully formating the memory card will solve the problem
connect it to a computer. then before unplugging it you have to eject it properly, this means ejecting the memory card (which will be removable drive whatever) and THEN ejecting the phone itself (which will be a different removable drive) to eject them simply go to my computer, right click the removeable drive and click eject, it might not disappear but you will hear a noise indicating the eject has taken place. i had this exact problem and this worked for me.
first thing make sure you have the recipents phone # correct with area code included
second make sure that the type of message being sent is a multi media message (MMS)
third try sending a new photo (one that is taken after you have started creating the message)
if the new photo sends then your saved photos may be unable to send or move. in that case you should delete them
before you go deleting anything tho try swiching the saved photos from the memory card to the phone itself
if you have no memory card in your phone then you should check the status of your phones memory it may be too full and you may only have to delete a few unwanted items
