04 MGM, had rust in the battery terminals and it would not start after I cleaned started immediately now the Power locks, cabin, globe box, visors, and trunk lights dont work!all fuses OK Help!

If you had rust on battery terminals it is obvious that there is a lot more rust removing that has to be done. You neeed to go over every wire connection, fuse connection, etc and clean all out.

My Sony camera ' lens comes out, then goes in again and asks for me to turn power on

Remove the batteries, clean all the connection tabs and battery terminals-tips etc with a simple pencil eraser. Poor connections cause this symptom. There's a layer of corrosion that's not even visable that is common on these.

Ford tuarus has no power. Nothing turns on including ignition. Could it be bad or corroded battery cable?

Yes it can be; or it could be that the battery is dead (or bad).
Disconnect the cables, clean the battery terminals, clean the inside of the cable ends. Connect a battery charger, let it charge for at least an hour (don't just use jumper cables from another car). Once charged try it. If you still get nothing, it could be that the battery is shot. In that case, replace it.

No power sometimes

Remove battery and memory card, clean battery terminals in camera with a touch of rubbing alcohol and clean memory card contacts, plus battery points, this may solve the problem.

I get no power when using fresh AA batteries or charged (Ni-MH batteries). Camera works fine when using AC power adapter.

Hi,

Please make sure that you're using the LR6 AA sized batteries and also the terminals of the batteries are correctly inserted. Also make sure that the terminals of the battery compartment is clean without any obstacles or dirt. Also, try power reset and check if it helps.
Turn off the camera.
Remove the battery pack.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Turn on the camera.
If the issue persists, try the factory resetting. SETUP MENU-->RESET ALL--> OK
This should resolve the issue.

Camera keep on displating

OK try using some steel wool or emery paper (fine) on the terminals inside the batteryy compartement. I suspect there is some sort of corrosion or substance causing poor connection.
Hold the camera so no swarf gets retained in the battery compaertment. Wipe the area clean after rubbing contacts

My camera shuts off right after power it on

This could have several causes. If the camera works OK on external power, try this...
Digital cameras suffer if the battery terminals are dirty. Using a Q-tip and 99% pure alcohol, clean the battery terminals in the camera and on the batteries BEFORE you put them back in.
If you get good results, let me know.
Also, batteries specifically for digital cameras, like Duracell Ultra and Eveready e2 are WORTH the money.
Regular batteries 20 shots, special batts, 144 shots with flash and counting...

Try the following:
1). Check batteries whether they are fully charged.
2). Check with Battery terminal are clean. You can clean them with a ear bud using some alcohol or spirit. Wipe the battery terminal with a clean dry cloth.
3). confirm that the memory car slot/battery cover is securly closed.
4). Reload the battery several times. This will also remove poor contact between camera and battery terminals.
5).Check battery are loaded in the correct direction.

If the probelm persist, you might need to take it to the service center.
