Look on the Company site under drivers and downloads.
You will have to put it your model first. After you find your product you will
find the drivers and more.
After you download the
driver you might have to put it in a folder for it to be stored in. After
you put it in a folder, unzip it in that folder and it should have an .exe
file. Click on this and it should do the install. If it does not do
your install you can go to the Device manager and click on the device and tell
it to install or upgrade the driver. Then you will need to direct it to
the folder where you have the unzipped file. This should correct your
problem. I am sorry that it took this long to get you an answer. I
just started working on this site recently and your question just got in my
cue. I have no control over how that works. You can click on my name from
now on and I will do my best to answer your question within a day.
I
can't fix this for you, but if I helped you get it fixed, please rate it as a
fixya. I did more than try; I sent you exactly to where you could get the
driver and explained how to install it.

- Did you try what I told you to do? I will still help you, but you need to tell me what you have done.

sometimes correctly loads video drivers, sometimes it's a very dark screen (still there, just not all that visible). Do i need new nvidia drivers? According to sony website, should not have a prob w/upgrade. Perfectly fine in safe mode
