i have the solution for this problem for this solution it says off but you neeed the radio code and the vin# of the car it came from once that you get this the radio will say off normal keep key on acc with radio on for 3 hours and enter proper code and radio should come on and work fine.

In the bottom left corner hold the button "ame/auto" and hold right on the joystick. after a few seconds the four underscores beside CODE will go away, now grab the remote and type "KCAR" with the number buttons pushing left after each letter. when done hit left and it will say APPROVED and reset the deck.
