Question about Hitachi 51F510 51" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
My 43FDX15B has a failed convergence with the red CRT.
I am amateur level at soldering... but I have repaired a TV before (replaced IR receiver on a Philips 19" TV 15 years ago).
What is required to repair this set?
How difficult is it?
What would a shop charge to do it (reasonable rate)?
What is the TV worth now?
You will need to order part no. CZ01341. This is the output ic. There are 2 of them, replaced them both. The numbers that are printed on the old part will not match the new part, do NOT take this to hart. It is a modification that you are putting in. You should be able to do this your self. I would charge 350.00. The set is not worth much, not working. Maybe 100.00

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
