My digital camera

I try to download pics from my camera onto my computer and it says I/O device error.

First, do you know what cord you are using to connect? For me, I use a SanDisk connector, where you put the memory card right into t he devise.

I'm getting error message when importing photos - photos look fine on the camera viewer but for some reason they will not import onto my computer. i have used the same program for all my other pics...


Stop trying to use the program you always use. Instead, get a card reader (they're inexpensive) and use it to download to a folder you create on the desktop. From there, you can send the pics to your favorite program.

Cant load pics onto computer


have load the driver on the computer if not load the drivers or else go to the device manager and right click on the computer and scan for new hardware and see if there is any error symbols on any of the device

Get yourself a separate card reader and use it to download your pics to a folder you create on your desktop.. Then, format the card in the camera. Use the card reader for downloads from now on.

plug it onto computer as a usb device and use driver CD if computer wants. you need to see as a drive on my computer. and then click on it.

you r retarded. u have to go to windows the transfer files select external devices, plug ur camera in then it shuld notice ur camera, then extract allk the pictures from the camerial surface directly onto your album in your camera.
