Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Its been about 12-14 weeks since I sent my Apple Ipod Video Black 30GB in because it completely stopped working for me, my Ipod even had a slight shake to it because the hard drive was spinning in such an odd manner. It wouldn't even turn on eventually, and so I decided to send it in for the warranty replacement plan.
I was told it would only be 2-3 weeks until it came back, and its been long past that amount of time, Ive been very patient, and will not be happy to lose my money. I packaged my Ipod, already spoke with someone on the phone to learn where to get my packaging information (The PDF file), and sent it in, and thats the last Ive seen of it. Ive recieved no phone calls, or any other form of a notification telling me why I havent either recieved a new Ipod Video or the $300 replacement money.
Ive done EVERYTHING they asked me to do, and it seems like all I did was lose $300.
Please, Ive waited long enough, and I would like to know where my Ipod is.
