Question about Weber Q Grill
I have a friend that has a grill that does out after lighting. Tank is new? regulator?
Using a larger size bottle w/converter hose? If so, its probably a regulator issue. I have had same problem for over three years. If you don't open the gas very slowly it trips a safety which lowers the pressure to nada. He'll need to shut it down and reconnect following the instructions available on the Weber website. Mine still only resets 50 percent of my attempts. Great grill when it works, but what a pain.

I recently solved this problem with my grill by replacing the o-ring in the grill end of the converter hose. Prior to that the burner would go out when the large bottle and converter hose was used, but worked fine with a small bottle connected directly to the regulator.
