First try and external USB KB to see if it is the Operating System or the PC.. If a USB KB works, then either there is a fault with the PC's keyboard, or the operating system's Driver? You will have to try to isolate where the problem lies by a process of elimination...

it's better... unlock ur phone using smart clip connect ur phone to smart clip box after that remove rsa or unlock it via testpoint......

hey i also had this type of problem. but i solved it and hope it will solve yours too.
first of all uninstall all ur hp drivers and softwares related to the hp printer. then restart your pc. now disconnect ur printer with ur computer and turn it off and again on after 15 secs.
now insert the cd which i have got with the hp printer in the cd-driver of ur pc and install the driver.
after the installation is complete, connect ur printer, but do not remove ur cd.
then start scanning, and if it will again ask for installing driver, u dont have to worry it will install it from the cd.
this would surely help u, if problem persists, please tell me.

u first have to install it in ur PC and the mobile ,sis application in ur mobile
then as it has the connection with the one u have installed in ur PC, the s/w installed in the PC will give  u the registration code only

I think ur laptop missing some supporting files.Better to reinstall webcam drivers.After reinstallation,Restart ur laptop and check it.
