Question about Computers & Internet
My computer will not download the cd that came with the toy. Is there another way to download the program? From a website?
I found a way to install the software if you do not have the CD. You can go to this link http://service.mattel.com/us/faq_results.asp?category=53&faqPage=1&product_number=L6367 and click on the tab that says "How can I manually update the software?" It will give you the link to the download, simply click save and remember where you save it to. Once it has downloaded you can double click on it to run it. It works great!!!!

The previously best solution points to the correct web site, but for me
I had to manually change the (broken) link on the fisher-price website to forward slashes
before it would work for me.
After that, flawless install.

There usually is. What we need is the maker, name and model# of the device you need help with.
Please note: I have helped many in my local area with this very same problem. Fisher Price has a poor habit of abandoning software when newer versions are released. That doen't mean we can't find one for you it just may prove difficult.
You've come to the right place with your question as we search for drivers and discs constantly in our individual businesses.
Any further questions you may have, please feel free to comment back to me asking for more information. We are here to help fix your problem or dilemma.

Supposedly, if you call the tech support number, they will email you a link to download the software.
However, I have had very mixed success getting them to answer the phone.
the # is 800)-432-5437

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
