the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You'll need to use a card reader. Once the memory card is in a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB), the card will appear to the computer as another external hard drive, and you can copy files to it the same way you usually copy files.
Be aware that if you've done any editing of the pics (opening a pic in a photo editor and then saving it without doing anything counts as editing), the camera most likely won't display it.

I am trying to download pics to computer i have already downloded software etc and have successfully downloaded other pics from cam since i have added a memory card when I plug cable to download into...

Blinking light means your computer still in process reading your data from memory card. Higher capacity of memory card would make the computer need longer time to read it. Just be patient and don't unplug the USB cable.
If you think its too long, then you can unplug the cable data, put off the memory card and open in via card reader so you can download your pictures to PC.

How do you upload videos from your camera to the computer

First off you need an usb cord...Plug that into the camera and the other end into the computers usb...After a few seconds a window will come up on your screen asking you what you want to do with this "device", just click on "x" to close that..Now go to the "start" button on your desktop and click it.out the drop down menu click on"my computer" a window will open with a listing of devices , like the hardfdrive is usually (c) disk...the camera could be there by name or it could have a disk letter like (c), (f)...try the one you feel it is and double click it, it will open up and if it is the right "device" it will say something like " 100 dscim" orso..(if you open one you dont want then just close it and pick another)That is usually the file ur looking for...open that (double click) and you will see your pictures or the file names to them. if u see filenames(like "pic 001") then those are your pics. u can right click those to copy or cut them and move them to a folder you would like them to be in...Hope this helps some! Ps check to make sure your video's, if any, are not in the mix, you can right click on the white part in between your pics and chose"view" then choose "details", this will list your pics as "pic" and your vids as mp4 or video orso. this way your videos will not be mixed with your pictures incase you seperate them in different files

How do I download my pictures to my computer? I have a Kodak Easy Share M380

If you have the USB cable that came with the camera just plug it in to the computer (and to the camera) then turn the camera on.
1- The "autoplay" window should pop-up then click on "open folder to view files" and then open any folders within until you find your pics.
2- If option 1 didnt work then go to your computer and open the "my computer" folder within that folder should be a removable disc drive E or F, open the drive and you'll see another folder open it up and look for your pics.
3- Download the software from the Kodak website.

Trouble Viewing Pictures Once Connected To The Computer

this is not at all a big deal.it's very simple.
solution 1: connect the cam to your computer and open the folder.
leave it for 2 mins and then view the pictures.
solution:after opening the folder, copy all the pics without viewing.Copy to some location in your computer and you can view the pics there.

this happens because of the size of the memory card of your cam.if the size is large and pics are completely filled, it takes some time to sync.nothing to worry.

When you download to the computer, what program do you open with? Try not using the auto-open feature, and open direct from new device in "my computer".
