Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam
I am trying to conduct a vc with another individua. We both have microsoft life cams. At each attempt to connect for the video conference, the video works for only one of us (who gets to see is not consistent). The audio seems to work synchronously. The chat window works. But only one can see the other. We THINK we've initiated the video call correctly with the other person accepting the call. Sometimes I can see her. Sometimes I can see myself in the lower window - and sometimes she can see me and sometimes she can see herself in the lower window. But we've never been able to synchronously see each other. HELP! She lives in Germany and we'd like to be able to communicate with VC.
Make sure you are connecting with the video link icon and not the teleophone green icon when calling the other person. This is so you are making a video connection not just making a call.
Hope it works!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
