Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
Hi, a few days ago I bought the Creative Zen 4Gb mp3 player. Everything
works fine, except movie playback, I've tried all supported file types
and a lot of conversion programs, but some (a lot) of movies doesn't
show the image and audio synchronized. It most be the zen's problem,
because the files are played fine in the computer!
Does anyone have ever experienced this problem before? Do you guys think a firmware upgrade might help?
Please help me out, because the main reason for me to buy this product was being able to have a small portable and light mp3 player with great movie capabilities.
I actually can't speak for the other guest, as I've only ever put very short clips on mine. HOWEVER, I think your problem may be encoding. I've found that the Zen requires very precise settings before it accepts anything.

I guess it's some kind of... piracy filter. If the clip is too long, the player will automatically asume that you've downloaded a movie illegally. that what i think.
