When you call in on the first of a 4 lines it doesn't ring you can answer it blinks but no ring tone?????

I receive calls on the other lines just fine. Line 1 will flash, but will not ring. I've tried it on another unit of the same make. Same problem. Contemplating whether or not it might have something to do w/ the phone lines itself or alarm system attached to it. If anyone knows, please let us know. thank you!

Hit the reset button on the bottom of the base unit and reinitialize your setup.
