Try this;
Go to (>) Start>Control Panel>Bluetooth
A window will open showing you all the wireless devices that are already recognised by your computer. If the icon for this mouse is shown there then highlight it and click 'Remove Wireless Device'. Then click "Yes" (Sometimes removing a device and then reinstalling it fixes the problem)

Click on Add Wireless Device ( a new window will open and the computer will search for the device. When it finds the mouse an icon will appear. Highlight the icon and click Next
The computer will load the driver for the mouse.
Once this is done the mouse should be working OK.

Hi there. Some wireless mice seem to go into some kind of sleep mode, in other words if you leave them for an amount of time they disconnect, the way to reconnect is to right click while moving the mouse. Also check to make sure that the batteries in the mouse are seated properly.
You have to press the button on the receiver that is directly connected to the computer. While doing this, press the connect button both the mouse and the keyboard. I did this and now my keyboard is working, despite the battery indicator turning itself off a few seconds after I install it.
