I have a Motorola rokr dual band phone and I need to flash it to tri band. How do I do this?

If you have a Motorola ROKR Z6m (Slider) this phone's radio frequencies are factory pre-set to dual band (CDMA 850Mhz / 1900Mhz) . As such, there is no way to flash it to make this a tri-band phone.

If you are in the United States you only need a dual band phone as these two frequencies are the only ones used. The only time you would ever need the 900Mhz frequency is if you are traveling internationally. Otherwise, you would never use or need the 900Mhz frequency.

If you are planning to travel internationally, you would need to purchase a different phone.

Reception on Motorola L6

yes, your L6 phone is only triband, its work only on frequencies,900/1800/1900mhz.now if your network provider is using 850/1900 mhz so the 1900mhz will work, and remember the highest frequency that we have the shorter the distance we get...hope it will help your problem....
