Hi. I got my phone a week ago and I have been using it, but the text messaging won't work, The only time it worked was when I sent a message from my email address to the phone, and vise versa. My friends have tried texting me and I never got them, and every time I go and send a text, it says it went through, but it doesn't ever show up on their (friend's) phone. Is it the phone's problem, service, or Just Something I am doing wrong? Any Help would be Appreciated thank you!
I've had this phone for about 5 months and it STILL screws up, not only on this, but also on VIP, Boost Prepaid Premium, etc. I had to send my first phone back.
I'd strongly suggest returning it to the store and buying something else if you can! I haven't been happy with either Boost Mobile OR Motorola!
Contact boost or reset ur phone....thats what i had 2 do to get mine to work....but now i can't send send to a person but everyone else

hello again, My phone text messaging just started working out of the blue, I had called boost mobile and had it reset at least 3 different times and it still wouldn't work so I don't know what made it start working but it works fine now.. Thanks.
Took a couple days to get messages into the inbox, but now it just says "downloading". I can see who texts me but the message wont open. Maybe it will start working in a couple days or so, and the people at Boost never seem to know what they are talking about.
just got a i855 and when i try sending text, it says "number not in service", im getting frustrated! someone help.
