Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
I received this message on my screen after trying to charge it for several hours. motorola flash mode boot loader version:boot_c_03.05.000r_mpap
Then it ask me to connect the USB cable once it is connected its says usb connected. However I cannot get my computer to recognized the connection.
You'll have to bring the phone back to the carrier to get it replace.
I would try to upgrade it before taking it back. GO to www.motorola.com/update
