Question about Ruud UBHC Air Conditioner
If your sure you have 220v Have you tested to see? Check your fuse pannel in your home see if the breaker is in the on poistion.

It's a little unusual to have a bad capacitor described as burnt up? Was the unit hit by lightning. I would be sure to establish what caused the initial failure before i tried to power up again. After you've done that, establish whether or not you have the 24v you need to close the compressor relay then backtrack from the compressor until you find where those 220v's are hiding- lol. GL!
