How do I remove deleted emails from the deleted box in windows 8.1?

Usually you 'right click on the 'deleted emails' heading. On the list that opens it includes 'Empty deleted Items folder' or similar wording.
You can just click on that to Delete. But you may want to keep some of the emails; on the list of deleted emails you can highlight the ones you want to get rid of, and leave those you want to keep.
They will not finally go until you empty your Recycle Bin

How do i download pics from comp to disk

Hi,
  1. Insert a writeable CD or DVD into your computer's CD or DVD recorder.
  2. In the dialog box that appears, click Burn files to data disc.
  3. In the Burn a Disc dialog box, type a name for this disc, and then click Next.
It might take several minutes for the disc to be formatted in the default Live File System format. When the formatting is complete, an empty disc folder opens.
  4. Open the folder that contains the files you want to burn, and then drag the files into the empty disc folder.

cdb4d559-8825-47a1-8175-79020965d91c.pngYou can copy files to the disc folder by dragging them to the disc icon or to an open disc folder As you drag files into the disc folder, they are copied automatically to the disc.

Having freeze up and very slow loading of programs

I have EXACT same computer. Are you running WIN 7? It works great! Have you cleared out the temp folder? users/(your name)/appdata/local/temp. Empty as much as you can in this folder. Its only a temp folder. How about clearing the browser cache? Have you run disk defragmenter? Theres alot you can do. Clean out the cookies. INSTALL more MEMORY. I have 4GB RAM in mine. Open the box and Clean it with pressurized air. BLOW out that dust! It holds in the heat, which defeats the heat sinks sole purpose! Hope this helps.

How do i upgrade the ram on sony vaio pcv-v1/g, please

Very easily! With the unit on it's stand, tip the screen forward as far as it goes (About 15deg past vertical). This uncovers 2 Philips cross-head screws, one on each end of the black box that hangs off the back of the screen and contains the memory, processor, fan etc. Now the top of the black box can be lifted off. Inside is an aluminum box with the lid taped (!) on. Remove lid, and inside are 2 memory slots. One will have a 500mb mem card in it. The other is empty. Fit you new 500mb in the empty slot for 1gb total (the max). Don't forget to use some form of anti static protection and of course unplug it from mains electricity before you start!
