Re: Can't use safari page
Hello. I have an iPod touch also. Try going into the settings section of the iPod and click Wi-Fi. Make sure it is connected to a network. If it isn't, try connecting to it the same way you would a laptop. Use a password if necessary. Once it is confirmed connected, try opening up the page again. If this is the first time you are using your ipod on this network, your ipod may not be compatible. Call Apple support for more information at: U.S. iPod and Mac technical support: 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273)

Try it with a different WiFi network, and see if it works. You'll probably find a bunch of unprotected WiFi networks as you walk down your street, or try it from the parking lot of an apartment complex.
Go into Preferances, go to Wi-Fi, touch the blue cycle next to the Wi-Fi router you're conected to. Scroll to the bottom of the page and touch "Renew Lease", touch "Renew Lease" in the pop up. This may or may not work the first time. Either way, power off your iTouch by holding the "Power button" then sliding the slider. Turn it back on, go back to Preferences/Wi-Fi... Renew Lease... Try to open Safari. If it doesn't work the first time, no worries, try it all again. This is the solution, but if your iTouch gets glitchy, it can take a few tries. The most I've ever seen was 3 complete tries... "Renew Lease, Full Restart (slide to power off), Renew Lease"... one. Repeat!
All you should have to do is open Wi-Fi in system preferences. From there, touch the little blue circle next to the Wi-Fi network you're signed. Then, just hit "Renew Lease" at the bottom of the screen.
If that doesn't do it, completely turn your modem, Wi-Fi router and iTouch off. After 5 full minutes, turn on the modem, another 2 minutes later, turn on the Wi-Fi router, yet another minute at least, turn on your iTouch.
If that still doesn't work or you have any questions, feel free to call me.

When Safari says it can not find the server it means it can not find a good or strong enough wi-fi connection. The sever is basicaly just a wi-fi connection that you connect to. You need to find a good connection in order to get on wi-fi.
