I need to get to the heater in the handle since everything has been checked and I still do not get any fluids to come out. They do come out through the accessory hose. I read that since everything has been checked and cleaned (filters, etc.) that I need to clean debris from heater but I can't seem to get to the heater. I removed all the screws in the handled but still was unable to see heater. can you help?
Thanks so much!!!

Take off the 2 long screws and remove the top part of the handle. Then from the back, just undr the hose and cord wrap asm, there are 2 screws set deep in the holes to remove. Don't remove the cord and hose wrap. Then lay the handle back, at the top, in the center, there is a catch to push in, then the top half will come off and you can get to the heater. Remove the hoses, one of the hose ports maybe clogged, clean them out, sometimes stuff in them gets pretty hard and hard to clean out.
After you may want to run a mix of vinegar and water thru the system to clean it all out.(not on your carpet tho)
