And idea where the capacitors (4.7pF) 2H08 and 2H09 are located? Those aren't labeled. Is there a print to go by or something?

Solution: Replace crystal 1H00 with a new type, part number 823827736071.
Replace capacitors 2H08 and 2H09 with 4.7pF capacitors, part number 223886975478. See the attached photos for locations of the crystal and capacitors.

sorry the photos I have are in a PDF format and not supported here if you want send me an email and I could send the file

Can't find it for this model but the guide below is for an oscillating windchaser fan and page 6 describes the controls. I think it should be helpful.

Matthias Hofmann suggested the X1=32.768KHZ crystal defective. How do I test this?

The purpose of a crystal is to regulate an oscillator circuit to the frequency of the crystal. It can also be used to filter a particular frequency from a mixed signal.

In an oscillator circuit, if the crystal is defective, the oscillator might still be working in an unregulated way or it might not work at all. If an oscillator circuit does not work it is just as likely to be one or more of the other components in the circuit that are faulty or a lack of supply current.

While there are probably modern solutions to the testing of a crystal-controlled oscillator or clock circuit, the original method would be to investigate the current supply to the circuit and check for function using an oscilloscope or a frequency counter. If the circuit seems ok but not oscillating the cystal is probably the easiest component to remove for testing, though it is probably easier and cheaper to simply replace it.
There are dedicated crystal testers available or it can be fitted to a known good oscillator circuit and checked as above. If the crystal is found to be ok (which is likely) the other components must be investigated/tested/replaced, which would be a highly specialised task and likely to be expensive.

Unless your motherboard is something really special and very expensive without many "miles on the clock" it is more practical, economic and convenient to consider the motherboard as a throw-away unit.

Assembly instructions

Do you have a instruction manual? It should come with your fan's packaging.

Philips 37PF7320A manual

Let me take a guess your TV will work fine for a while and all the sudden it will loose video and sound ? This is a very common problem with this series of tv BJ2.2 ,2.3,2.4
There is a crystal the oscillates out of frequency when it get hot. If it got hot several times more than likely it will just flash 5 when u turn power on.
If your tv still works for a bit before it shuts down this fix will work. If u remove the metal cover over the SSB. If u look at the center of the SSB. you will see a crystal (1H00 Xtal 27MHz 18pF
)(12nc242254301397) it will need to be replaced and also the 2 capacitors on both sides of this 2H08 and 2H09 47pF 1% 50v 0402 (12nc 3198 034 02790)
You could probably get away with just changing crystal and not the two capacitors but you should change them also just to be safe. Good Luck
