Question about HP Printers & Copiers
I believe this machine has a power button on the right side and if so, there should be 2 sections to the right side that need to be removed but this is the order...
1.the right side rear section cover should just slide back and pop off.
2.Then remove 4 screws holding the top cover in place and don't remove the entire thing, just pop it up enough to pull out the front portion of the right side cover and look down inside where the power button is, (do not pull this cover all the way out, just enough to look inside), You should see a metal rod in there that the power button needs to mesh with in a slot. if you push the button back and forth you'll see what I mean. The metal rod needs to be in the center grove when this cover is snapped shut again then your power button should work... put everything back in reverse...Hope this helps, www.bigmoneycentral.com

I have an HP Photsmart C4100 printer. I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges (both black and tri-colored) from Vivasmart. The black one works fine, but when I installed the tri-color, I got an error message that says "Print cartridge problem" The following print cartridge has a problem:
Tri-color. And I can't print. The screen on my printer says "Remove and check color cartridge." I have done this several times and it still won't print. I have turned off the power, removed the cartridges, and unplugged the unit, but it still didn't help. Any suggestions?
