you need to boot into recovery mode to wipe the data partition. Doing this will reset the phone's data partition. Doing this will delete all data off the device and return it to the same state it was in when you first powered it on.
completely power off the phone
press and hold the power, volume up, and home buttons until you see the Samsung logo
If its software related, then try holding the POWER + HOME buttons together for 10-15 seconds and then you should see the Aple logo. If that did not work, then try this method. NOTE that this method will wipe your phone to its original state. Connect your phone to computer and start iTunes. Hold the POWER + Home button for 10 seconds then release the POWER button and continue to push the HOME button. After 15-20 seconds you should see that itunes finds your phone and wants to restore it. Follow the prompts.
IF YOUR PHONE DOES NOT COME BACK ON THEN YOU HAVE HARDWARE ISSUE. IF YOU LIKE CONTACT ME FOR REPAIR.
well i only know so little about the mp3 player but having experiences with laptops,PS3s, psp's, etc. what your going to have to do is first make sure have everything you have on the player in to your PC then we can start with the basics
First your going to have to reimage it like wipe out the memory erase everything that is in the folders of the player except all the installed ware and everything that keeps it working your smart enough to think you'll know what to do
If your Usb port works, then the mobo is working, so possible graphics problem.
Try booting up in safe mode(normally pressing F8) on boot up then highlight 'start windows in safe mode', to see if Windows will load with only minimal drivers, if so restart again, pressing F8 again, but this time highlight 'start windows with last known good configuration'
Doing any of these 2 things can be done in any order, either last known good config first or safe mode.
