We have this old Radarange Amana MICROWAVE from the 70's and dont quite know how to use it.

Normally the dials are the timer for cooking time plus cooking power level dial, for defrost, medium, high, etc.

It may also have a start button to start it cooking. If not, then you place the food inside, shut the door, then rotate the timer dial to however many minutes you want.
