Protron PLTV-6 television. Has audio, shows picture very briefly when changing channels, then blank

Today got a package from Protron. replacement power supply that they sent me free. Problem is they sent one for a pltv32 and mine is a pltv3250, got the wrong one. 32 is external and 3250 is internal

Those capacitors have to be changed, I would also look on the inverter board for bad caps, change these and you should be good to go.

on/off button /or stanby button have 2 change new one .....

my vcr & DVD is nit playing

the symptom of the flash will be faulty invertors. start checking power supply output and resistance across invertors

I have the same problem

panel t-con parts n/a will most likley be replaced.

CHECK TRANSFORMERS !!!

i am a technician and i too have this issue. if any of you can get a schematic and service notes, send them to trae3@live .com and i WILL find the problem and report to each of you. i cant get any help from sears all i need is to speak with a technician who actually works on these things, get the paperwork and then i am sure it is a matter of a module swap. any info will help us!
